Für die Unterstützung unseres Vertriebsteams suchen wir ab sofort eine Vertriebsassistenz (m/w/d)
Das erwartet Dich
Unterstützung in der Erstellung, Versendung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
Übernahme von vertrieblichen und administrativen Aufgaben
Erstellung von Unternehmenspräsentationen für Kundentermine
Unterstützende Kommunikation mit Kundschaft und Lieferanten in Absprache mit dem Vertriebsteam
Planung, Organisation und idealerweise Begleitung von Messen
Mitwirkung bei Marketing-/Vertriebsaktionen z. B. zur Neukundengewinnung, Kundenbindung und / oder Employer Branding
Sicherstellung der telefonischen Erreichbarkeit des Vertriebsteams (insbesondere Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenanliegen per Telefon und E-Mail)

Das bringst Du mit
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
Erste Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im vertriebsnahen Bereich
Affinität zu digitaler Technik
Kundenorientierung und hohe Servicementalität
Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, präzise und selbständige Arbeitsweise
Organisationsgeschick, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
Idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in CRM-Systemen
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Word, Excel und PowerPoint)
